Exercising during and after pregnancy

What to do first?

You want to consult with your physician to make sure you are okay to do physical activity. 


Usually, the type of exercises you did before you became pregnant can also be done during pregnancy. Just do not over-exert yourself and LISTEN to your body.


Exercise for about 30 minutes a day with moderate-intensity workouts

  • boost your mood and energy levels 
  • reduce stress and anxiety levels 
  • reduce the risk of having a C-section 
  • shortened labor

  • lower blood pressure 
  • speed up postpartum recovery


Does Exercising Hurt The Fetus?

No, it is not harmful to the fetus. It can benefit the development in utero and after birth.
